At closing, the purchaser of Tract 3, if different than the buyer of Tract 4, shall execute an easement granting legal ingress and egress to Tract 4 across the land included in Tract 3.  Neighboring landowners have agreed to sign ingress/egress language allowing the purchaser of Tract 4 to cross the southeastern corner of the section from Tract 3.
