Buyer Broker Fee Participation 

  • While many competitor land auction companies do not pay the Buyer’s representative broker a commission, we feel it’s in the best interest of our Seller to bring as many Buyers to the auction as possible and, therefore, are happy to pay a portion of the auction fee proceeds to Buyer representative brokers
